A plan for a new downtown sports arena?

Just weeks after Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and other Seattle business executives unveiled their plan for renovating Key Arena, former Sonic Fred Brown rolls out a plan for an entirely new sports and entertainment arena downtown. Art Thiel tells KPLU's Kirsten Kendrick it contains at least two really good ideas.
