Date: 10/04/2007 In this episode we introduce a wonder kid from Delhi, India. Young Aekavira is only four years old, but her new music album, privately produced only last month, has created quite an impression on most listeners. The album of rhymes in Hindi and English is for her little brother, the articulate Aekavira says. But equally interested have been the media and ad model scouts. In the first exclusive Internet interview, Aekavira's parents, Alka and Bharat Bhardwaj share with Awaaz Anjane listeners how they spotted her talents and the making of this album with music by her teacher Idrees Sheikh. Aekavira could well be the Indian version of Romanian three-year old sensation Cleopatra Stratan (see video) - reportedly a Guinness World Record contender. In this episode hear Aekavira sing a hindi film song and talk about her other interests. Like a pro she says, she enjoyed the recording studio - especially the dholaks and the guitars and the video here certainly shows a confident singer in front of the mic.
