When Captain Dave Baril set off for Iraq he made a list of goals to keep himself focused. One of those goals? Run an ultramarathon in the war-torn country. Earlier this month he did just that. He completed a 50k (31 miles) which he named "The Dirty Thirty." Today on Endurance Planet, we hear from Baril who was kind enough to call in from Iraq and share his tale.
